非日常2 One of those days

昨日の出来事二つ。

一つ目。
朝起きて、毎度のことながらつらい花粉症のせいでくしゃみが止まらない。
止まらないくしゃみを無理に止めようと力んだものの、結局くしゃみの力強さには勝てず。

そしてくしゃみをした途端、両肩に激痛が。
何が起こったのかわからないし、あまりの痛みにしばらく動けませんでした。

どうやらくしゃみの勢いで肩を痛めた様子（どんな加減かわからないけど）。
寝違えた時のような痛みがあり、現在も首を動かすことができません。　安静にしてればいいのかしら。。。

「くしゃみでギックリ腰」はたまに聞くけど、肩痛めるとは。。。。こんなこともあるのね～。
くしゃみの力をなめちゃいけないと改めて思いました。　

事故でけがした時よりもショック。
悔しいので歳のせいだとは思わないでおくことに。

二つ目。
ちょっと前から、事故で折れた歯の治療をようやく始めました。とは言っても根っこから無いので、インプラントをすることにし、先日インプラントの手術を受けました。

そして縫い合わせている糸が邪魔だな～と思いながら、昨日ようやく抜糸に。

抜糸はものの3分で終わり、家に帰ったところ、何か異物感。
よく見たら一か所糸がとられてませんでした。。。
この箇所だけ他よりも見にくい場所だったからだとは思うけど、すっきりできると思ってたから若干ショック。

自分にとって医者とかってなんかsuperior なイメージがあるので、ちょっと人間らしいなあと思ったり。　忙しそうだし。
ということでこれはまた今日取ってもらいに行ってきます。

2つともくだらないことなんだけど、、、今日はなんだろ。。。って思う日でした。

＊実は歯医者行くのに電車乗り間違えたりもした。　
こんな日を英語でOne of those days（そんな日もあるさ）といいます。

Thing happens for reasons.  Many people say that and I believe in that, too, depending on the situation though. ..

Well, two "semi" unusual things happened to me yesterday. 

one :
I hurt my neck and shoulders by sneezing... 
I've heard of straining lower back by sneezing, but never heard of shoulders and it is extremely painful. 
The pain is similar to when I crick in my neck...so I cannot rotate my neck around...  Don't know how I can manage it, but I just need to wait until the pain goes...

two :
I had an operation to get implanted teeth for the missing teeth from the accident last year. 
It will take a while to finish all the process, so the operation is a very first thing you have to do.  

Since it had been a few weeks since the operation, I went to see a dentist to have him remove the strings.   Took only a few minutes to remove them, so I was really happy not having anything extra in my mouth.  
I, however, felt something strange in the mouth after coming back, then I found out that there was one more string to remove. 
I was really disappointed with myself for leaving dental office without realizing it, and I was a bit shocked by the dentist as "doctor", who is superior than I am ( to me anyway), made such a minor mistake...  

anyway, I will go back to the dental office again today to remove the last one.

those two things are really minor, but something unusual from my daily life.. 
Now I try to find reasons why these thing happend. 

Oh, now I remember that I was running late to the dentist yesterday as I took a wrong train on the way. 
Yes, yesterday was really "one of those day".   

Summer has come

今日はまた一段と暖かいですねー

ここ最近続いてた嵐の様な突風も無く、穏やかで気持ちの良い日です。
東京では先週末桜の開花宣言が出されたけど、今日は春を通り越して夏みたいな陽気。

季節の変わり目はいつも遅れをとってしまう。

ついこの前まで寒かったのに、とか、そんな考えにとらわれてしまって、対応にちょっと時間がかかる。

そして今日みたいにいきなり暖かい日。　さらに迷う。　

毎年4回もあるのに、いまだに、ちゃんと変わり目で季節に乗れた気がしたことは一度もないなー。

Spring has come!
More or less, today is like early summer.
Today is such a beautiful day with perfectly warm temperature and very calm. (It had been extremely stormy in a past few days.)

The official announcement of the bloom of cherry blossom was made a few days ago in Tokyo.
This is the most beautiful time of the year with full of colors everywhere, and I cannot wait to go to parks and enjoy the bloom of all the plants.

I, however, always have hard time following the turn of the seasons.

I remember it was very cold until a week ago and that makes me think that we may go back to the weather again..
This happens all the time whenever the seasons change.

I should get used to it by now as it repeats 4 times a year… and I should have enough experience with it.

Feeeel Market 終了

Feeeel Market 楽しく終了しました。

2日間、暖かい日が続く中たくさんの人たちが来てくださいました。

会場のCreative Hub 131はアーティストやベンチャー企業、デザイナーがシェアオフィスとして共同で運営し、外に発信したり外を巻き込んだりして、まさに“Hub”の役割をしているユニークな拠点。

今回はその1F～3Fをイベント会場として一般開放。

1Ｆでは手作りアートマーケットとして、有機野菜のマルシェのほか、私を含めた10組のアーティストが出展販売。2Fでは写真家や企業家、アーティストがそれぞれのプロジェクトや作品の展示、プレゼンテーション。そして3Fではお菓子などの食べ物が販売されていました。

これまでグループ展参加や個展開催はあったけど、今回のような「マーケット」に参加して展示販売するのは初めて。

ジャンルの違う他のアーティスト作品を見たり、お話ししたりするのはとても刺激になったし、自分の作品を見てもらえるのは楽しかった。

来場する方たちにも、どうやって作るの？とか、かわいい、とかいろいろ聞かれたり感想を言われたりして、やっぱり実際にお客様と接する機会とか、見てもらう機会は大事だなと改めて思いました。

作り続けてても見てもらえなかったらどうしようもないしね。

1日目は多少緊張していたからか、忙しいというよりも、落ち着かない気持ちの中でなんだかアッという間に時間が過ぎてしまった。

1日目の夜には39アートの日と題するパーティが開かれ、参加者をはじめものすごいたくさんの人たちが3階を埋め尽くしました。

あとで聞いたら70人は軽く超えていたようです。

たまにご飯を食べに行ってもせいぜい多くて15人くらいの人が集まる程度の空間に70人。本当にすごかった。

ご飯担当Shippoteryの志保ちゃんがおいしい料理を準備してくれましたが、料理が出てくるたびに嵐の後のように次から次へとお皿が空になっていく光景はちょっとすごかったです。今回12か国の料理を出した志保ちゃん。いつもながらすごくおいしいご飯を頂きました。

軽い人酔いを起こした次の2日目。1日目で多少要領も得ていたので、余裕をかましずぎてオープンギリギリの到着。

1日目よりも多くの人が来場していたように思います。少し気持ちに余裕があったので、2Fと3Fの見学にも行ったり、お菓子買ったり。

この日もたくさんの人たちと出会い、話ができました。

そして6時、盛況のうちにマーケット終了。

ご購入いただいた方たちに感謝と、たくさんの新たな出会い、学んだことに感謝の2日間でした。

イベント終了からはや4日。楽しかった分、思ったより疲れていたのか、月曜日はなんだかとってもぐったりしてました。

ようやく復活してきたので、これからまたイベントで培った事とか出会いを次の事に活かして行くように頭を働かせて行こうと思います。

I will join this cool art event, Feeeel Market, coming up this weekend at the community space, creative hub 131, Bakurocho, Tokyo.
There will be a lot of interesting event such as performance, happenings, Art exhibitions, art market and food market.

I will be at the market section exhibiting my works mainly accessories and daily goods, so please come out and see what's happening there!

FEEEEL MARKET is a two day cultural event merging art performance, flea market, cafe/sweet shops and book shops all together! It is a place you could find unique and interesting goods with various sensuous experiences. The reason so many EEEEs are included here is that we want to bring up and share different ideas such as Emotion, Eternal, Expression, Experience, Emergence, Exhibition... etc., through our event! We hope you to find many EEEEE feelings! This energetic festival will take place at Creative Hub 131, the communal building lunched in July 2011, which is shared and managed by artists, designers and people from diverse backgrounds.
