久しぶりにCafe Fuuの展示を新しくしました。
Renewed a exhibit at cafe fuu today.

ここ最近、前に作ったブロンズ像などを展示する事が多かったけど、今回は久しぶりにこのスペースに合う様に。と考えて作りました。カフェに来た人たちに楽しんでもらえると良いな。
A past few times, I have exhibited the bronze works I made in the past, but I made this piece for this space this time.  Hope people who visit cafe would enjoy my work.

ブログ

早くも５月が終わろうとしている。
最近本当に時間の経つのが早い。特に何をしている訳では無いのだけど。。。それなりに楽しんでいるうちに終わってしまった。


このブログを始めて1年半になる。
その間、ゆるゆるとせいぜい月３回くらいのペースで書いているのだけど、回数が増えない。。ブログは日記なんだけど、公開しているせいか、個人的な日記という感じで向き合えてない。。。かな。


昔は小学校５年生から中学３年生まで、毎日日記をつけていた。日々あった事をただただ書いたんだけど、よく毎日かいてたな〜と思う。高校生くらいになって、頻度が少しずつ減っていって、最後には書くのも読み返すのもいやになって書かなくなった。
今になって当時の日記を読み返す事が出来る様にはなったけど、中学や高校の思春期の真っ最中に書いてた日記は感情の渦がすごすぎて、自分でも向き合うのが色んな意味でしんどい。イタくて笑えるのもあるけど。


そしてこのブログ。昔の日記とは自分の中でずいぶん存在が違うからか、未だ自分のブログに対するスタンスが分からない。さらりと日々の事をかけているブロガー達、本当にすごいなと思う。
日々何も無い訳じゃない。
色々面白い場所に行ったり、もの作ったり、農作物の近況とか、色々あるのだけど、楽しんだりした思い出をうまく作文出来なくて、そのまま時間が経ってしまったり。。


ま、構えずに書けばよいのかな。良いのだな。


そんな感じで、雑文。今月３つ目の投稿。

金環日食 Eclipse 2012

今日は金環日食の日でした。
連日ニュースやそこかしこで話題になっていたので、今朝はやっぱり気になってちょっと早起きしてベランダから外を見てみました。
といってもちゃんと観測用のグラスを持っていた訳では無いので、一瞬だけチラ見。
後はテレビでじっくり。
ちゃんと見れなかったのは残念だったけど、日食が進むにつれ、あたりが暗くなって来て気温が少し下がったりして、改めて、太陽ってすごいのだなあと思った。
あと一瞬だけ、本当に一瞬だけちらっと見た後、目が少しちかちかして、その「ちかちか」が日食の形とおんなじだったのにはびっくり。

ちゃんと日食が見れなかったのは残念だったけど、その他にも色んな発見のある現象。堪能しました。

Today was the day for total Eclipse.
Since people were talking about this here and there for a past few weeks, I walked up a bit early to see the eclipse from my window.
I was not really prepared for this, so of course I did not have a right glasses to see the sun, I just gave a glance at the sun very quickly, then enjoy the show through TV.
It was a pity that I was unprepared, it was interesting to see the outside getting a bit dark (felt like in the late afternoon) and felt the temperature going down.  It made me respect the power of the sun, really.
Also, after glancing the sun quickly, in my eyes, I saw reflection of the sun as I blink my eyes.  And the shape of the reflection was the shape of eclipse.  It was very interesting discover for me.  

Though I could see the eclipse with my eyes, I enjoyed a lot of interesting phenomenon of the nature caused by Eclipse.  

必要なのは雨と太陽４ Moving garden

実家で長い間借りていた畑を、急遽地主さんにお返ししなくてはいけなくなった。
３週間振りに見た畑には昨年末に種まきをして、大分すくすく育ったスナップエンドウとジャガイモが。。。
しかもジャガイモは３週間前に種芋を植えたばかり。ちゃんと育ってるか心配だったけど、植えた全ての種芋から元気な葉っぱが出ていた。さすが地植え、すごい。


こんなに元気に育ってる子達を見捨てるなんて出来ない。


５月中には返して欲しいというお願いに、どうしようか迷ったあげく、実家の庭や花壇、スキマのある所全てを耕して、畑にある苗を移設する事にした。


庭や花壇、ほっとかれたプランターに生い茂る雑草を取り除き、固くなってしまった土を耕し、出来るだけたくさんの苗を移設出来るスペースを確保した。
ジャガイモは５株を残し、２７株を移設。スナップエンドウは残念だけど元気そうな９株のみを移設。
さらに母の強い希望で、新たにナスとピーマンを2株ずつ追加。


ちゃんと育つかなあ。特に心配なのは、プランターに移したスナップエンドウとジャガイモ３株。
次に実家に行くのは1ヶ月後。それまでちゃんと育っていますように。

草木の生い茂る庭に作った畑スペース。Abundant garden turned into a vegetable garden,  

Only after a few days I planted the potatoes a few weeks ago, my mom told me that she was told to return her garden to the land owner due to many reasons.

A few days ago, I went to mom's to hang out with her and also to take care of the garden.
I saw healthy grown up peas and potatoes at the garden.
Seeing them growing beautifully, I decided to help them by moving to our own garden though it is not so big.

Our own planters and garden were covered with weeds...
So I started to clean and dig up the hardened soil to make them soft as much space I can find.

I could transfer most of the potatoes and some peas.
I also added a few eggplants and green peppers upon mom's request.

As usual, I really hope for their healthy grow.  I hope this change was a good one for them and us...
Next time I visit is a month later, so hope to see them grown up.
